Live Wedding Painting FAQs

  • My goal as the artist is to capture the overall mood of your event on canvas. You can expect a finished painting with realistic perspectives and proportions, with soft details that makes the painting feel like you! My paintings are a delicate balance between realism and impressionistic.

  • I can paint any scene you want! Some of my favorite “poses” are the first kiss, the ceremony exit, and a first look moment!

  • You can specify certain individuals or groups to be included in your completed painting. During our consultation, we can discuss who that looks like for you. Additional members will be an additional charge. Bride and groom are always complimentary with each package!

  • I paint with high quality, heavy body acrylic paint on a stretched woven canvas. Your canvas will come pre-wired and ready to hang!

  • I offer canvas sizes in a 18x24, 22x28, and 24x36 inch canvas. Base package prices are set with each canvas size but are customizable based on the requests of the painting.

  • It depends! There are times where I can finish a painting the night of the event, which is always fun because the bride and groom are able to take it home with them at the end of the evening! Sometimes, the scope of the project is a bit more detailed and I will need to take it home for touch ups. If that is the case, you can expect to receive your painting no later than 60 days after the event.

  • To make an effort to balance work and family life, the furthest I am willing to travel at this time are the surrounding states around Nebraska. (Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas)
